We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
Dispatch Times
Orders are processed within 1-2 working days. Orders placed after 3pm, on weekends, or bank holidays will be processed the next working day. You will receive a tracking email once your order has been dispatched.
UK Delivery Options
All orders are sent via Royal Mail / Courier on a tracked service.
• Standard Tracked (2-3 working days) – £3.99 or FREE over £50 • Express Tracked (1-2 working days) – £5.99
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Delivery times are estimated from dispatch, not from order date.
Tracking
Tracking information will be included in your dispatch email. Once your order is with the courier, delivery is their responsibility. We are not liable for minor delays caused by the courier or events outside our control.
Address & Failed Delivery
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, a reshipping fee will be required to resend.
Damaged, Lost or Missing Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos of the damage. If your parcel is marked as delivered but not received, or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can investigate with the courier.
